SECTION 4 - BILLING, PAYMENTS, AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information required for service fulfilment, including contact details and documentation relevant to labour law compliance. Invoices are due based on the agreed payment terms.

 

We use Razorpay as our payment gateway for processing payments. Razorpay does not store your card information. All data is encrypted and securely transmitted according to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Payment transaction data is used only to complete your purchase and is not stored once the transaction is complete.

SECTION 5 - TERMINATION

 

Either party may terminate the service agreement by providing prior notice as outlined in individual agreements. Fees for services rendered up to the termination date remain payable.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and disputes shall be settled in the jurisdiction of NCT of Delhi.
