PRICING POLICY

SECTION 1 - SERVICE-BASED PRICING

 

At Apace HR Corporate Solutions, all our services are custom-tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. As a result, we do not publish fixed pricing on our website. Service fees are determined on a case-by-case basis, depending on the scope, complexity, and duration of the services required.

 

SECTION 2 - FACTORS INFLUENCING PRICING

 

The pricing for our services is influenced by several factors, including but not limited to:

  • Service Type: Whether the service is a one-time consultation, a recurring payroll processing engagement, or ongoing compliance management.

  • Project Scope: The scale and complexity of the services required (e.g., number of employees to manage, number of locations covered).

  • Duration: Whether the engagement is for short-term or long-term projects.

  • Customization: Any specialized service requests that fall outside of standard offerings.

 

Pricing is transparent and will be discussed in detail before the service agreement is signed.

 

SECTION 3 - QUOTATION PROCESS

 

After an initial consultation or assessment of your requirements, we will provide a detailed quotation outlining the services to be provided and the associated costs. The quotation will include:

  • Service deliverables

  • Payment terms

  • Any applicable taxes or additional fees

 

This quotation must be agreed upon in writing before any services begin.

 

SECTION 4 - PAYMENT TERMS

 

  • Recurring Services: For ongoing or recurring services such as payroll processing, clients will be billed monthly or at other mutually agreed intervals.

  • One-Time Services: For one-off consulting or compliance services, payment will typically be due upon completion, or as outlined in the service agreement.

  • Advance Payments: In some cases, an upfront payment or retainer may be required before services begin.

 

SECTION 5 - PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

 

While we strive to keep our pricing stable, changes in market conditions, regulatory requirements, or scope alterations may necessitate price adjustments. Any changes to the agreed pricing will be discussed with the client and confirmed in writing before implementation.

 

SECTION 6 - TAXES AND ADDITIONAL CHARGES

 

All prices quoted are exclusive of taxes unless otherwise specified. Clients are responsible for paying any applicable taxes, fees, or charges imposed by the government or related authorities.

 

SECTION 7 - INVOICING AND LATE PAYMENTS

 

Invoices will be issued according to the payment schedule agreed upon in the service contract. Payments are due within 10 days of invoicing. Late payments may incur additional fees or interest as outlined in the service agreement.
