CANCELLATION POLICY

SECTION 1 - ELIGIBILITY FOR CANCELLATION

Our services are customized to meet each client's specific needs, and work typically begins shortly after an agreement is reached. As such, cancellation requests will only be considered if they are received before significant work has commenced.

SECTION 2 - CANCELLATION REQUEST PROCESS

 

  • To request a cancellation, please contact us at info@apace.co.in with your name, service agreement details, and the reason for the cancellation.

  • We will review your request and confirm if it meets the eligibility criteria.

SECTION 3 - CANCELLATION FEES

 

If a cancellation is approved:

  • Before Work Begins: A full refund may be provided, less any administrative fees associated with setting up the service.

  • After Work Commences: A partial refund may be issued, based on the amount of work completed up to the cancellation date. Specifics will be outlined in the service agreement.

 

SECTION 4 - NON-REFUNDABLE SERVICES

Certain services or one-time consultations that have already been provided or completed before the cancellation request are non-refundable.

SECTION 5 - TIMING FOR REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

 

Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 21 working days and will be credited back to the original method of payment, subject to any applicable fees.
